    ½ cup sugar ((100g))

    ½ cup light brown sugar (tightly packed (100g))

    2 large eggs (room temperature preferred)

    1 Tablespoon vanilla extract

    2 cups all-purpose flour ((250g))

    1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

    ½ teaspoon baking soda

    ½ teaspoon salt

    ¼ cup buttermilk ((60ml) room temperature preferred)

    1/2 cup all-purpose flour ((65g))

    1/2 cup brown sugar ((100g))

    1/4 teaspoon salt

    1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold ((60g))
