- 1 pound asparagus, ends trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- ½ cup heavy cream
- Juice and zest of one lemon
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
- 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish
- ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
- Chopped fresh parsley and lemon slices for garnish, if desired
